I mean, I think all the consoles are lacking and shouldn't be bought yet. The only reason I own a Wii U this early is because I only had a Wii last generation, and that drought killed me. If you only own a Wii right now, then get any of the next gen consoles, mostly the Wii U because it's currect expected near future library is bigger and better. If you own a PC, 360, or especially a PS3 where the online is actually free still, I'd say to still hold off because none will be worth it for a while aside from the Wii U, and that's only because it had a year head start on some games.
