For better or worse, Uncharted is a blatant copy of Tomb Raider.

Vivster's post pointed out a little known fact that I will elaborate on , ' because of the large shadow Tomb Raider casts over all of  entertainment, a shadow so all pervasive that it reaches back through time and space , it forced Spielberg to change The films name from Tomb Raider to  Indiana Jonas Brothers , so that's  how everything is influenced by Tomb Raider  it simply can't be helped and the more talented the directors/developers etc are the stronger the influence .
