I'll make it short. They create massive bundles. The same thing happened at launch, everywhere was sold out except gamestop which had ps4 for 499 with 2 games of their choice.
Yes, you save 20$, but you also could have saved 40 by simply buying the game you wanted in the first place. Retailers do this because they know that stock everywhere is limited and they make the most off of selling games. That's why large game bundles exist..to push the sales of unecessary games onto the consumer.
Whatever, I'm done here though. I'm clearly getting the feeling like u guys are getting all worked up about this. Go buy it then.

I can't find the 299 deal anywhere in stock regardless, so it wouldn't help me if it had existed at one point. I don't care about this deal, I live in Norway, but you can't say this isn't a good deal just because the DC bundle, which is out of stock, + individual games was a better one, simply because you can't get a DC bundle anywhere*
*On the UK cites I checked, you probably can find some, somewhere at retail, or perhaps some store I haven't heard of.
