Isn't the bigger question if it will be hindered by the Xbox One? Assuming the PS4 and PC get more complete versions at a later date?
But to stay on topic, I don't think it will be harmed any more than all the current gen games we have seen this holiday. If anything it will keep expectations in check. Its the current gen exclusives like Driveclub, MCC, and ACU that have had all the issues.
