While i won't debate battery pack vs AA since now they have AA matching battery packs durability the debate is more about taste... I'll argue that an integrated battery pack is retarded... Iwent through 6battery packs last Gen it's cheaper to change just the pack than the pad... Or starting to source component (that's a load of nerdy fun to unbuild electronics though)
Same goes for integrated PSU I'm on my second and third on a lot of equipment...
