Personally I think PS3 owners deserve Final Fantasy Versus XIII more than TLG.

It can come to Vita, not just only to it.
This project is taking so long it will need to sell really well when it comes out, and if only comes to Vita we know that's not happening

It'd be a nice surprise if it also came to Vita, it needs all the love it can get.  But yea it would not sell well at all if it was for Vita only xD
