Besids there are CPR masks which you can put over a patients mouth/nose so you don't have to directly touch it. Also much more disgusting and far more common is a person that just threw up and needs CPR.

If you are an EMT this shit is in your job description whether the person needing help is gay or not.

Right. Well Im not an EMT and don't plan on it so this isn't something that applies to me. I thought it was funny but In retrospect I probably should've kept that to myself. So I'm gonna edit out that comment to avoid any further trouble.
