What if it was a woman that just on choked D****? Or if a straight guy was just licking some womans privat parts?
Besids there are CPR masks which you can put over a patients mouth/nose so you don't have to directly touch it. Also much more disgusting and far more common is a person that just threw up and needs CPR.
If you are an EMT this shit is in your job description whether the person needing help is gay or not.
