Of course we all know this is correct, but we can't really point these things out because they lead to conclusions that society is uncomfortable with. The same thing could be said about race for instance.
However, simply ignoring biological factors leads to unfair policies based upon false ideas of equality - the unwarranted persecution of "priveleged" groups for their successes and the unjustified elevation of historically underprivileged groups to positions of power which they did not earn and are not qualified for.
