I know they do weekly strikes. I have a level 30 Warlock but stopped playing as soon as I hit 30. It's still shit, even if they rotate weekly. Next week it could be another DLC strike. Either way the strike playlists is a huge way to earn engrams, drops, and strange coins. Non-DLC owners are fucked now.

It seems to be getting worse and worse as Bungie fiddles around and tweaks the settings post release. It's like they are actively trying to get people to play less, all the while making it take more time to be rewarded for anything. I am very interested in seeing what kind of legs the community on the game has.
I'm also pretty much blowing off buying any other Destiny games, too.
