Coincidentally, I have more than a couple friends (males) going through this.  I think you're exagerating your numbers there a bit.

I'm affraid I'm not - last few numbers I remember is 90% for Canada and 93% for UK. Though, things might've changed, it's been some time since I was checking the numbers.

Jesus. I would hope it's better than that. In my circle of friends and family, I'm not seeing much if any advantage for the woman. Of course I can't speak for everyone...but stability and income come into play in my observations.

And this is specifically pertaining to married couples.
