It's a grey area.... that could result in lawsuits. I pre-order Halo: MCC and it wasn't the product that was advertised.
IT's definitely false marketing. But, it would require a class action lawsuit. I actually really enjoy Halo: MCC but the product is still flawed and they did not deliver on their promise.
