Should gamers be able to get a refund if a game is broken at launch such as Unity and Halo: MCC?

Well, there are a few retail chains that do offer refunds. I think EB games does it within 3 days and some do it within 14 days as long as its not like an online only game or a downloadable code sorta deal obviously. But yes, in terms of digital titles, they should be offered a refund. This is like the only place where EA and Origin actually does a good job at cause with every Origin game, you have 24 hours to get a refund if you are not happy with ur purchase
