We're starting to see more and more games that are becoming near unplayable without witnessing a plathora of bugs and glitches popping up and ruining your gaming experience. The product is clearly unfinished or hasn't been properly tested before release. In such circumstances should we be able to take the game back to the store and get a refund?

I mean look at Unity and Halo MCC. Many of these games remain broken weeks after launch until they finally put one hunded patches to fix them a month down the line. Heck I hear Halo: MCC is still broken one month after launch. That really ruins the game experience for the initial buyers who shelled out the cash day one. What do you think?
