About your last sentence, i believe there are quite a few, but was the games or movies or music they experience in life that made them like that? I think her argument is flawed, because I did play lots of gta, saw lots of xxx hard core porn and listened to lots of rap music, and although my wife might have some issues with my personality, the lack of respect for her as a individual and other women are not amongs them. I respect women or men not because of their gender or anything else in general, I respect people individually if they show themselves worthy of respect. Not that human beings are not worthy of respect by default,  but they have to live by it. If women let those dudebro treat them like that, they get away with it, if no women date those guys, they would have to ajust to be able to date and get married and stuff, more, they would not even exist if women didnt given them the space to, well, exist. Sure our history did start this mentality, but the way to educate men and empower women its not in the media consumption, its in real life, media just follows real life, not the other way around.
