That right there would explain Microsoft's close ties with EA, though EA having Moore obviously doesn't hurt. Seeing how EA is sucking up all of these developers (meant absorbing, not necessarily crap-ifying), I can see Emporer Palpatine (MS) influencing future titles under EA's massive roof using the dark side of the force.
