It is and I think many "negatives" are due to the early build. Game looks really great, even if it won't ever reach 60fps during gameplay.

Yep, I agree with you.  We saw a pre-alpha build, I'm expecting improvements here and there for the final build.  The game already looks very very good, and gameplay is so dinamic and fluid; I'm happy for the more 'open world' action, it gives you more freedom and possibilities. 'too bad' I decided to make a Media 'blockage' on this one from now on to avoid spoiler. I want the full WOW factor on day one :)
