Bloodborne Won’t Run@60FPS Because Of Technical Limitations

Dark Souls would run at 10 fps or somethign on Blight Town, Dark Souls 2 fixed most of the frame dips but still experience quite a few of them. From Software is not known for beeing good at keeping framerates steady,so if they manage to lock this at 30 fps and not dip at all its a win.
