Which pokemon is the strongest?

I'm not talking about in-game, because many pokemon could lay claim to the title. I mean in theory if pokemon were "real". Which pokemon, according to its legendary type (assuming a legendary would win the title of strongest) would win? Would it be Palkia, the spatial, Arceus, the alpha, or even Mew? Discuss
