Reading the posts made me realize one thing: if a game is prettier than the other, it really doesn't matter which have better tech. After all, the tech is there to realize the vision of the creators and make the game more beautiful.
So, even if Uncharted 4 has better tech (of course it has), Zelda U will impress more people overall because of it's friendly-and-creative artstyle. Realistic games also tend to get old faster. Just compare WW to TP and see which one looks more outdated.
That said, Zelda U has some pretty amazing technical feats (animations, foliage, scope, etc.), and I bet it'll look even better when it launches (it's a trend with nintendo games).
