western 3rd parties dont like to support handhelds in general i guess.
but there are plenty of japanese 3rd parties who supports the vita. and even a decent ammount of them are coming to the west.

I don't call old port a good support
Persona 5 should had be mutiplatform with vita since persona 4 golden does so well but they don't,big Japanese 3rd party did not support Vita too
