Extended warranty is not even close to the $300 extra he wants from you. Not to mention that it's just 1 more year of warranty, something you would find with almost any new system that you build.
The 760 will be able to handle most modern games on medium to high. Won't be that way for long though, 2-3 years from now you'll be changing the resolution or playing games mostly on medium, with a few low settings. Fast forward then, when you decide it might be time to upgrade the GPU, you'll realize that the PSU is too pitiful to handle most GPUs.
My advice? Pass on this. Build your own (Very easy, just look up some tutorials. Not much different from building with legos in terms of difficulty), or look for a better deal. You're getting ripped off here.
