When 'exclusive' games like Ninja Gaiden II end up as Ninja Gaiden Sigma II is because any deal that was made had an expiry date which passed, not because the dev found a loophole.

And the way that the guy mentioned that he can assure that it won't be in any other plataform, if not buffling, it's a very tight contract, that gives Sony some rights in SFV.
