SSBB doesn't have great art direction, it doesn't even have good art direction, BK3 is yet to be seen but in art direction its LPB or Okami wii.
Fable 2 doesn't compete at all, lol. the only 360 exclusive with a chance at taking top graphics would be gears of war 2, but KZ2 has pretty much already proved itself to be superior visually, but i'll be surprised if any game surpasses GT5:P. |

We have seen a trailer for BK3 that highlighted it's art direction. It was excellent.
As for Fable 2, have you actually watched any of the videos yet? Whilst I am still pondering the character modelling direction they have gone in, the environments are unparalled by anything I've seen on a console so far.
As for Gears of War 2, we haven't actually seen any gameplay trailers yet, or even any sanctioned screenshots, so I don't think Killzone 2 has "proved" anything.
