So, new gameplay for the new Uncharted 4 has just been revealed by Sony in its Las Vegas event.
The game seems to play like older entries, with new twists like the HookShot, which works similar to Wind Waker. Drake also used a metal stake to do proper rock climbing, similar to professionals climbers axes do.
The plot is still unclear, from the first teaser we could assume that Drake was going in a rescue mission. But a new character that looks a lot like Dante from abyss showed up at the end, and it seems they are also looking for a treasure. Did Drake tricked him into helping, making all this story about a treasure? Well impossible to know right now. But since there are pirates there, it might be true. And probably the friend will be an enemy, as cliche as it can get.
The location seemed like South America forests, but those were already explored. Did they returned there?
Well the graphics are gorgeous, mainly in the cutscenes, and that close-up in his hands, that looked sick. But that been said, as I was expecting, nothing that blew me away, Uncharted 3 was already an achievement, and I really don't expecting anything this gen blowing me away. Still everything is clear, clean, improved and good looking in motion.
Well thats my overall impressions, did I miss something?
