I would put money on TR releasing on PS4 in 2016. MS would have to pay stupid amounts of money to keep TR off PS4. MS would probably need to fork over about $100 million to make up for TR lost revenue. Perhaps they did pony up that much, but man that would be crazyness.
Same might not be the case for SFV. But if SFV does stay console exclusive to PS4 then Super Street Fighter V will be multi. Which is why it might not have cost Sony as much to make SFV perma-exclusive. However I think SFV will be timed just like TR.
