My bet is Guerrilla Games, Sucker Punch, Santa Monica, Evolution, London and San Diego will all announce new games.

Polyphony Digital will definately be showing GT7 too.

GG, San Diego and Santa Monica are possible.  I think it is too early for the others

Polyphony Digital have said that GT7 can come out next year, so it could be ready to be unveiled.

It's not too early for any of these developers to announce a game each, I mean most have been quiet about what's going on at their studios. Even Evolution would have the capacity to be releasing a game every 2 years, if DC hadn't been so delayed they would probably be well into their next game, no reason to think their schedule changed just because DC was delayed.

London are huge, second in size only to Japan, they have over 300 staff, have also been hiring for a AAA game, we haven't heard anything from them outside of Singstar, which is a small project.

If you're going to believe that Guerrilla Games and Santa Monica are possible then it means all of these studios are a possibility, they all have a reason for being there, announcing their presence just for helping out the likes of The Order  for SSM or Bloodborne for Sony Japan makes little sense. It's definitely not too early for any of these developers, most have been working on PS4 games for years and many are large enough to have mulitple projects on the go. Hell we know that even a tiny studio like Media Molecule has been developing a new IP and Teraway Unfolded, whilst they only recently the Vita version of Tearaway, they have less than 50 staff.
