Street fighter sold a lot more than the last Tomb Raider so Street Fighter looks like a greater pickup. Sony needs more help in the US than in Europe. Street Fighter sells better by far in the US compered to Europe. The boost it may cause in the US seems pretty good. MS needs major help in Europe and that is where Tomb Raider sold the most. Overall, for the companies, the total games sold matters the most, so; I think it is very clear Sony got the better game deal.
