That wouldn't explain why it is still coming to PC though. Sony would have been silly to provide money for it to only be a console exclusive and not a full exclusive (even if only timed).

I imagine they only provided part of the funding and maybe as a loan with low or even 0% interest rates, so obviously they'd get less "exclusivity" for that
