I agree with everything, except some people will not agree with the list on number 4 " Less annualized sequels, more original IP ". this type of thing is depend on the market or demand from consumer, so this will continue until the world is end 
. But the problem is they over use too much and at some point killing the potential new IP that probably will success in the future. So i guess it's OK if it's few games but not with many games.
