Does screen resolution matter at all for you? If not, get the Lenova. The Samsung one doesn't say what GPU it has, just that's it's GeForce so I have no idea about that, but it's got a 1080P screen resolution.
For me personally, I would never buy a laptop that's not 1080P but that may not matter to you.
