Should High School students be required to pass a citizenship test to graduate?

Far too many people in the US seem to have graduated high school, even college, without knowing the difference.

Unless you are doing some sort of business letter, but then we have google these days for that.

It really matter, someone that doesn''t know how to properly express himself and write in a good fashion is less likely to suceed. If someone can't use even proper grammar, understand basic math and physics, general notions of geopolitic and some civilization history I would doubt his skill or learning capacity in anything. You won't make a manager of someone that communicates with slangs and don't know the difference bettween those 8 forms and which to use.
