This country needs to focus on getting good teachers and properly funding the school system before we add anymore test for these kids. My daughter is literally having to share books because the school cant afford anymore. I thought it was cause her school isn't in the best part of town but then my cousin who lives in one of the richest areas around has been dealing with the same thing. They literally make photocopies of the book for the kids to take home. So they can afford to waste all that paper but just buying the book is to much.
