except he wasn't fighting (unless you say words are a new martial art), he was brutally murdered while not attacking anyone. oh, and he DIDN'T RESIST, AS SOON AS HE WAS COWARDLY ATTACKED AND FELL ON THE FLOOR, HE KEPT SAYING HE COULDN'T BREATHE, all that without fighting.
