I don't buy that many games anymore and I didn't mind to wait for Dragon Ages, I won't actually start playing it much before Chrismas's holydays.
Besides I switched from Best Buy to Amazon because Amazon credit card deal was a lot better for me and I actually haven't paid for a game on Amazon in 3 years, I just use my rewards when I purchase games. But yeah Amazon isn't as good as it used to be for games ( but with the number of rewards I earn through my Amazon credit card it's still worth it to me, I had a Best Buy credit card for 8 years and they had the same stupid low credit limit, then i went to Amazon and they gave me a 20x increase over the Best Buy one....). I still actually visit Best Buy every Friday but I haven't purchased anything there in like 6 months...
PS : @ FadetoOne, your 48$ release day doesn't count taxes, I don't pay taxes on Amazon as there are no warehouse in my state.
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
