Yeah I signed up for Best Buy gamers club unlocked this year. Right now it's definitely been the best deal in gaming for buying games day 1. Best Buy also does an extra $10 credit on most big releases and Amazon doesn't do the gift cards anymore. It's like getting new games for $38 on day 1.
There was a deal about a month or two ago to get the gamers club for $30 with a purchase of a game. I jumped on that to extend my membership. Normally the price is $120 for 2 years. You can justify it if you will buy at least 12 games or more in the next 2 years. After 12 games you'll save money, you'll save sooner if they come with the extra promo $10 credits.
Best Buy has all my gaming business now for the next 4 years. If I hear about that $30 deal again I'll definitely post it here.
