Yeah, that cop definitely intended to kill that man in broad daylight while being filmed. That's why the autopsy showed no damage to his throat or neck bones. And he definitely did it because the man was black. That's why they didn't find any KKK robes at his home.

His death was ruled a homicide by neck compressions from the chokehold, which is prohibited in the force. 

My post has nothing to do with race. Its a police officer killing a man, simple as that.
