Lol at the thought of our problems being on any one person. It's on every American citizen's head if you ask me. We don't vote responsibly in the least and there have been thousands of traitors to the Constitution running our government. Term limits would go a long way to fixing Congress.
My least favorite though would probably be G.W. Bush(he was an enemy of habeas corpus also) because he has directly affected me during my lifetime rather than through the residuals of policies from decades ago. I don't care for any of them really, but Obama is a close number two.
