No, it's more like US citizen tests are usually made so people will fail. Info the average American would never need or use in life. But we are pretty lazy in a lot of ways or more spoiled. If I moved to another country I would definitely study up on my new country. Were as when you are born somewhere and have generations being born there, you start to take things for granted.
