Graduating from high school is not hard. If you show up to class and turn in your work, you should graduate no matter how dumb you are. The students that arent graduating dont want to graduate, has nothing to do with ability. We dont need to dumb down the education system and devalue the worth of the diploma even more so that we can try and get these kids who dont even want to graduate a piece of paper they will never use...
So dont use graduation rates as an excuse not to require students to actually learn something!
