And if you account everything it is 19 days after deadline (so not to long after because probably there were some interaction).
But the 64 days is after Q payment date. So for sales made in the beggining of the month they are paying 154 days after or more.
@DJEVOLVE: Yep, withold payment is the worst thing you can do. Make debt, don't pay banks, roll suppliers but pay your employees as they have no fault at it unless you duvude the full profit to justify holding on loss.
Even worse when the company profit in the billions.
