The only 'difficult' part would be the additional graphics tools. However, that has already been made easier in that every engine out there is a cross platform engine. They are designed to be relatively easily used to port games. Sure, the PS360 versions won't be as much of a difference to the Wii's version had they been build seperately. But, it comes down to profitability. To be the most profitable they will be Wii build and ported. |
I'm not a developer and can't really comment on the effot it takes to upconver these games, but i imagine the huge budgets of PS360 games are mostly due to the graphics and sound than anything else, so I imagine the effort should be needed...
