Yes because essentially anyone can make a indie. however I can't make a Halo or Deadrising etc... That's the difference. So to many Indies is a problem in these market places. so that's why MS screens them, so I don't have a massive list of games, have to try 1000 and only like 2. MS is screening so I don't have to. Sure it would be extremely easy to flood the market place with a bunch of indies, it would take a flick of a finger, creating the next AAA title takes a whole lot more time, effort, employees and cost.
