Does Take2/Rockstar make WiiU games? Deep Silver/Koch Media? Bethesda?

There's quite a few very popular/high quality games from those publishers as well.

 

I do believe there are still plenty of amazing games on WiiU, but definitely many, many that are missing.

They might not make Wii U games, but afaik they never announced they wouldn't do so, unlike those mentioned above.
