Lol. Don't be confused. Women often take a long ass time. I've been replied by women three weeks after a message... they simply reply when they feel like it.
Just be patient and be cool. You were assuming that something was going on and that having a coffee with her meant something. It didn't. You managed to get a bit closer to her and that will get you more chances to act. Now you have to work for it.
