If you had asked this question when Mattrick was still in charge, I'd say Sony.
Now that Spencer is in charge? I'd rather have MS win.
I don't see how anyone that's a fan of the industry can say Sony is more of a "good guy" than Spencer-led Xbox. Sony has openly lied to consumers (which they got into hot water for, thankfully...Ubisoft should be next), and unlike MS they didn't apologize and try to make things right. Their two most recent first-party games were rushed, glitchy messes (Driveclub and LBP3), they take cheap shots at the competition, and they gave the bird to all Vita adopters.
But gaming is known as having some of the most cynical fans around. It shouldn't surprise anyone that people hate "the new guy", and it REALLY doesn't surprise me people hate an American corporation...as if they're any different.
