PS4 is at least 200K under tracked for gamescom week on here, because it's listed at 9.9M, Sony said it had sold well over 10M, it could be 10.5M for then, so that's a 600K under track, maybe 10.2M is more likely, so 300K for that week.
I don't think the numbers spiked enough on here when Destiny and the White PS4 model came out, I think there should be at least another 200K in sales there for hardware.
There's the week of Driveclub's release too, which had 2 other major 3rd party releases, yet there will a dip below the previous week when Shadow of Mordor came out, IMO that should be a few 100k more too compared to what it's actually at.

I also think that COD AW release week is under tracked, the spike is bigger in hardware for XB1, but the PS4 version of the game supposedly sold a million more units, while it's possible the added install base of the platform can account for that I don't think it's likely, I think 300K more for that.

All in all I think PS4 is still under tracked by 1M on here, so I think the week ending 22nd of November it should have sold at least 16.1M, with Black Friday netting another million units minimum that means I think the 17.1 million is where it should be by today.

Black Friday could even show a 1.5M week, so in that case we could be looking at 17.6M by the end of that week.

I think 4M is very much possible for December, so it's possible that close to 22M could be where PS4 sits.

I think by the middle of December PS4 will have sold over 20 million, with Sony potentially announcing that PS4 has topped 18 million by Playstation Experience.
