BONUS J_ALLARD LUDICROUS SPEED TITANFALL TIP!
Greetings, pilots! Been a long time since the last update. Good news to anyone reading the thread, the Xbone version of the game + all DLC is on sale in the marketplace for less than $13. That's damn cheap for the best game we have seen this gen. But back to the newest tip.
Todays tip is going to be titled "Fun with Nuclear Ejections". One of the most awesome things to do in Titanfall when inside of a Titan, is to eject from it. This allows you to escape danger from other attackers, and continue the fight on foot. It was one of the first, most vital elements of the game when Respawn was designing it. So what could make that ejection better? How about leaving a nuclear blast behind? It's like that perk from CoD4 that we all fucking hated unless we were using it. Martyrdom.
Basically when your Titan is beaten and bruised and near death, you jettison out and leave a nasty surprise for the enemies. They can tell its coming, and have a decent amount of time to get away, but Titans are slow. There's not a feeling in the game quite as embarassing as boosting over to a doomed Titan to try and get a melee kill, only to have him nuke eject and you are sitting there out of boost with your thumb up your ass. Like these 3 guys I killed with one nuclear ejection:

LOL. Notice one guy boost towards me only to find out he's done fucked up. It was actually a nice ambush as I was careless about my surroundings. Also, I believe I had the Massive Payload burn card activated, which increases the range of the blast. My favorite part about the nuke blasts is even if you're outside of the range of the actual explosion, there is an area outside of the blast where you get hit with massive electronic damage to your shield, kind of like an EMP.
And now for the main tip. Nuclear explosions hurt like hell when an enemy explodes. But when a teammate explodes? You don't feel a thing. Use this to your advantage. I cannot imagine a more deflating feeling in the game than hopping on a Titan, throwing that inner guard off to expose the Titan's mechanical innards, and then BAM YOU'RE DEAD. Observe.

Yeah, he died. So remember, use your friendly nuclear blasts to your advantage. Doesn't have to be a pilot rodeoing your Titan. If you're engaged in a Titan fight and notice a low health teammate, steer the fight towards it. Chances are the other guy will be so concerned with you, he won't notice the other guy exploding until it's too late. Kind of like this!

Good luck, pilots.
