Why would Konami want to lose sales? Why can't they have a bundle and also be on the One? Dozens of games had bundles while being mulitplatform

Pretty much.  I can't see how this would benefit Konami, and I can't see Sony bothering with chasing it as an exclusive when they have the much bigger game, Fifa, selling well on their platforms.  Sony doesn't need PES.

Yeah I agree with what someone else said here, maybe they should maybe make custom PES Wii U versions.  EA is done with Nintendo platforms pretty much.  I suppose they can approach Nintendo for some deals for Wii U and 3DS development.  They wont sell much, but it'd be Nintendo footing the bill anyway, and it may help Nintendo out in Europe....a bit.

because it would counter the Xbox fifa bundle (not like they really need to) and the gained sales from the PS4 bundle would be bigger than the sales it would get on the X1.

PS4 outselling it 13-1 so that wouldn't be hard. That's a win for Konami plus they would have less dev costs. And SOny get a nice exclusive because PES is better than Fifa.

Sony doesn't need to counter anything though.  And if they do, they can offer a PES bundle, rather than going for an exclusive.  Besides, they're already doing phenomenally well in Europe, so they wouldn't need something like that in the first place.  Especially when more than likely PES will sell more on their platforms anyway(main markets for PES is EU and JA, Son'ys typically strongest markets).

I'm not sure limiting your audience would be a 'win' for Konami, and if it would be worth it.

"And SOny get a nice exclusive because PES is better than Fifa."

Well that is just your opinion though.

I could see the bundle thing happening, but really, what's the point?  That FIFA XboxOne bundle exists because MS needs a good foothold in Europe and they have a strong relationship with EA atm trying to gain an upperhand on Sony.  Sony is already at the top, with those multiplat games selling best on PS4 anyway.
