If you're talking about "big guns" or games that are regarded as the main reasons everyone buys the system, the games that people say "everyone" with the system gets (even though the best attach rates are rarely more than 50%), then...yes, there's more than Zelda. There's Zelda, there will definitely be another big 3D Mario game on the scale of Galaxy, there's still Animal Crossing which nowadays is just as big if not bigger than Zelda, Pokemon console games tend to sell a few million by default, and there will most definitely be a Metroid at some point.

But really, this assumes we're limited to just well-established 1st party IPs. That would mean all Microsoft has is Halo and Gears, and Sony has Uncharted, GoW maybe, potentially LoU though I really think that should just be a stand alone game, and The Last Guardian lol that's it. I don't think we should count out new IPs yet. I mean LBP only became a major system seller last gen, and uh...well it's not anymore, but the point is a series can become a major must have even if it's new IP. Like Wii Sports! Sure, that one's dead too, as is the whole Wii series, but the point is they were fucking huge, and they were brand new! Gears of War just came around last gen as well, for another example, one that isn't counted as dead yet, and Uncharted, Sony's biggest gun it has right now, also just came around last gen! New IPs can make a huge difference!
